Return / Refund Policy
 
The recipient may return only
  • - defective products
  • - delivered products  that differ from the placed order
 to plc-warehouse.com, within the warranty period specified in the warranty terms (Used Product= 6 months warranty, New Product = 1 year warranty). Before you send us a (defective) product, you must contact us via info@plc-warehouse.com . All (defective) products must be send to:

The cost of shipping a defective product is at the responsibility of the recipient. Moreover, the customer is responsible that the returned product is complete, including all original boxes and all accessories provided by plc-warehouse.com
 
We will review all return requests on a case-by-case basis and will contact you when we received your product return. Plc-warehouse is able to replace, repair or refund your item completely.
When we receive your product-return, we will contact you within the week.
